How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice that includes the following information (as required by the DMCA):
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (URLs are required).
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., an appropriate jurisdiction) and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable access for users who are repeat infringers.
